Sorry Ladies, We Can't Do It

Approximately 400 women enlisted in the Civil War as soldiers. They were considered an equal to the men, and fought right alongside them. How? They disguised their identities. Women would lie about their gender, change their name, and put on a life of secrecy and lies to serve their country. Some would fight alongside their husbands, but most would replace their skirt and dress for a uniform. Many would see this as heroic, but little did these women know that they were helping to abandon the home-maker life of millions.

Women soldiers through the years have helped to feed the feminist movement. Women feel like they need to be treated equal to men, and prove it as they acquire men’s jobs. It’s gotten steadily worse every decade. In the 1920’s, women received the right to vote. During and after World War ll, women began replacing men in the workforce. Around 1948, Women were allowed to serve in the military without hiding their identity. Now today, we have a woman running for president. What happened to the home-maker?
Women, no matter how they try otherwise, have best found their places in the home. A woman, by nature, is the one who takes care of the home, while the husband works. Woman was not created to go to war, but to raise the family. A woman is a compassionate creature, and war is not the situation for a “comforting” personality. Men have a way to go into their mind and shut out emotions to fight battles, while women cannot. It’s the woman’s job to keep the home together, and it’s the man’s job to work and protect.
Let me just say: The point of this article is NOT to disrespect our women soldiers, police officers, fire fighters, etc. who are serving to protect us right now. What I am saying is that these job options shouldn’t even be an option for women. Our men need to step up and take back their rightful place. After WWll, when the soldiers returned home, they never stood up, thanked the ladies who stepped in to do their jobs, and told them to go home. Women are important, but they have to know their place.
Women are a very important part of the family. They care for the family, raise their children (if any), and be the general support for the husband. We as women need to remember just how important our role in the home is, and be content with that. If you have to have acceptance from a job in the man's world, you are looking for belonging that can only come from God. Remember, ladies, you ARE important! You don’t need to go fill a man’s job to prove so.
